KidsSpeakForAmerica.com (Kids Speak For America) is a safe place for boys and girls to express themselves and see the world thru the eyes of other kids. It is our goal to give kids a new windows to the world while complying with the United States Federal Communications Commission’s Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA).
KidsSpeakForAmerica.com is a 100%-monitored blog site. Adults read every word and review every picture BEFORE they are posted on the site. Only posts that follow the rules are posted.
The rules include, but not limited to: NEVER INCLUDE 1. your last name/full name 2. addresses – especially your home address 3. phone numbers – especially your phone number 4. name or address of your school 5. your screen names from other sites 6. email addresses – especially your email 7. photos of yourself, home, school, family, friends, teachers, 8. inappropriate language. Post that do not follow the rules are not posted and are deleted and not stored.
Information Collected
KidsSpeakForAmerica.com Registration In order to register, KidsSpeakForAmerica.com requires users to provide a screen name. While the email address is on the form it is not required to enter an email address. If an email address is provided it will be deleted and not stored.
Kids Speak For America Contact Emails
If you email us via one of the email addresses listed on our “Contact Us” pages, we will respond to the email and then delete the email. The email is not stored either online or on a computer. To E-mail use the Contact form.

KidsSpeakForAmerica.com does not share any personally identifiable information of our users with third parties, commercial or otherwise, who are not acting on direct behalf of Kids Speak For America to administer the site and fulfill the sites obligations to its members. All contracted partners of Kids Speak For America are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of all customer information. Kids Speak For America will share aggregated statistical data with our sponsors, partners and general public. For example, we may announce in a press release that social studies is a favorite school subject of 92% of Kids Speak For America members.
Kids Speak For America will collaborate with sponsors and partners to conduct research on Kids Speak For America. The research may involve extracts and analysis of extracts from the data Kids Speak For America collects routinely as well as thru blogs, comments and profiles that are written by the boys and girls. The extracts that the sponsors or researchers have access to will preserve the anonymity and privacy of users. If the study seeks to access any further information or participation from Kids Speak For America, verifiable permission from a parent or guardian will be required.

Kids Speak For America does collect visit information including pages visited on KidsSpeakForAmerica.com, the date and time of the visit, IP address, and the version of browser used. We use this information for improving Kids Speak For America’s content and for statistical data for sponsors and partners.

Parents can remove any or all of this information and effectively stop Kids Speak For America from collecting or using it any further. Parents can allow the collection of certain information but ask that it not be disclosed to Kids Speak For America sponsors/partners. Changes to the Privacy Policy
